Important Information
This subscription service is currently only available in the UK. 
Your first jigsaw will be sent within 1 working day of your purchase. Subscription products will then be dispatched on the 15th of each subsequent month; Payment will also be taken on the 15th of each month. If you have not received your puzzle by the 25th of the month - please let us know as soon as possible.

Please be aware, if you select a quantity of more than one then you will receive multiple stock of the same puzzle each month - so make sure you keep it as one so you don't end up with duplicates! Remember there is only one puzzle design per month available on this subscription.

    Mystery puzzles are greatly reduced and as such are not covered by our normal returns policy.

    If for any reason, your order arrives damaged then we'll happily send you a replacement.
