The jigsaw puzzle you receive each month will not be available anywhere else when we send it out to our subscribers. You or your recipient‚ will be one of the first puzzlers in the country to receive it and it will be a nice surprise each month!

All the designs we choose will be exclusively available to our subscribers only at the time of dispatch. Every puzzle we pick for this range is chosen from popular themes our customers enjoy. The puzzle that we send out will have a value of at least £15.99 - this means you save £2 on a brand-new jigsaw every month.


Important Information

- This subscription service is currently only available in the UK.

- Images are examples and may not‚ represent the jigsaw puzzle in the subscription that month.


- In the rare circumstance that this month's subscription puzzle goes out of stock when you sign up, you will be sent a different jigsaw puzzle. It may not be exclusive but it will be one of our most recent jigsaw puzzles. If this is the case, after your first month you will always get the new and exclusive jigsaw puzzle for each month you are subscribed.


- Your first jigsaw will be dispatched within 1 working day of your purchase. If you are paying monthly, your subscription payment will be taken on the 15th of each month until it expires or you choose to cancel. If you have not received your puzzle by the 25th of the month - please let us know as soon as possible.

- Your subscription will be sent on a free 2nd class delivery service.


Please be aware, if you select a quantity of more than one then you will receive multiple stocks of the same puzzle each month - so make sure you keep it as one so you don't end up with duplicates! Remember there is only one puzzle design per month available on this subscription.

    Mystery Puzzles

    Mystery puzzles are greatly reduced and as such are not covered by our normal returns policy.

    If for any reason, your order arrives damaged then we'll happily send you a replacement.
