You can create one by heading to the top of the homepage and clicking the account symbol. Once created, your subscription will become available to manage in your new account. Alternatively, you can email hello@alljigsawpuzzles.co.uk and request to skip a month.


Important Information

  • Your first jigsaw will be dispatched within 1 working day of your purchase.
  • Your item for each subsequent month will be dispatched on or after the 9th of the month. If you have not received your puzzle after 7 days - please let us know as soon as possible. 
  • **When adding delivery to your basket choose 2nd class delivery to ensure you get Free delivery on your order.

    If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase(s) either by email to orderhelp@alljigsawpuzzles.co.uk or telephone our customer services team on 01837 811317.

    Mystery puzzles are greatly reduced and as such are not covered by our normal returns policy.

    If for any reason, your order arrives damaged then we'll happily send you a replacement.
